Hope everyone has had a great holiday! Now, it’s time to get serious!
As I say every year, we are entering my favorite season to fish. From now until April we will be focusing on large predatory browns looking to fatten up post spawn. We also expect to jump in to some cool “shad kill” action during this time of year. We have some great dates left. Don’t miss out! It seems the biggest fish we catch every year come in the next few months…

See you soon,

FALL IS HERE!
So excited as we jump into fall! Jamie and I just got back with our pack from Florida. Tony just got back from Alaska and Matt is headed to Arkansas next week! That means we will have our full team together, which makes me super happy. We will probably celebrate with a team dinner of vegan quinoa! Matt loves it and the consensus from the carnivorous guides is that it is surprisingly good.
We have just a few fall spots left and winter is starting to get full. Go ahead and let me know if you have some dates in mind, so that you don’t miss out!
Enjoy this little gallery from the last few weeks!
Fish happy,
Kati

From the archives: Interview with Capt. Rouse on catching winter tailwater trout.
Water Flow: Medium High
Visibility: 40 inches
Water Temp at Midday: 55
Water Condition: Stained
Tip: Generators are back on line. Flood gates are off. We are getting daily generation, but they are shutting down at night. There is a good window the following morning. This should continue until lake level drops to 462.
