*This monster brown was caught yesterday afternoon.
Good times on the water with Capt. Rouse. We kept it simple each using only one fly. I later scaled a tree to retrieve mine. Then I caught a pretty rainbow. No pics of the fish, but Jamie got several of my tree climbing. Little Man loved the whole experience, of course. Happy Wednesday, Happy fishing!

*On a side note this is Junebug, one of our team dogs. She went out with her human, Matt, yesterday in the low flow and crushed them on midges.
Here’s a nice little video on the Conejos. We camped and fished along this river last month. Can’t wait to go back. On a side note, can you guess who sponsored this video? It wasn’t very clear.
Happy fishing, happy Tuesday!

COLORADO!
I will admit, I have been on mountain time since we got back from Colorado. So finally, here are a few pics from the trip. We had a great group of guys and the trip was an absolute blast. Can’t wait for next year!
Fish happy!

With good flow but bright sun, downsize your streamer a bit and use lighter more natural colors with little or no flash.
