Little Red Fishing Report 6.1.17

Fishing conditions: Good

Water flow: medium to high

Water condition: clear

Water temp at midday: 54 degrees F

Greer Ferry is still holding right at 8 feet above pool. Waters down stream are starting to stabilize from flood stage. With that we are seeing a more consistent flow out of the dam. Recently, they have started running a light 1 unit around the clock, which has been fishing pretty well! This may be a pattern that sticks around for the month of June.

Little Red River Fishing Report 1.26.17

Fishing conditions: good

Water flow: low to high on weekdays, low on weekends

Visibility: clear

Water temp at midday: 53 degrees F

Nymph bite has been strong using sowbugs, scuds and an occasional midge dropper. Also try fishing single flies with no dropper. Sometimes this works better, depending on conditions.
